If aliens are able to travel that fast and that far to come and take on the Earth, they must be capable of controlling time and space. And if they're capable of that, would they bother sending troops to combat against us? Would they need a command center like that to direct them which way to go and how to fight?

We're told that they try to colonize us because they hanker for our water. Okay, but if they're that intelligent to be able to get here, would they have to risk their lives to wipe us out first before they could deplete our water? What makes us think that such unfriendly creatures must have a physical body, and a beating heart that can be simply killed by a blade?

Life superior to us, in my opinion, wouldn't give a damn about us or our planet at all, because communicating with us would be like us trying to communicate with an ant. They wouldn't waste their breath doing so for sure. Life inferior to us wouldn't be able to travel faster than the speed of light to give us a visit, so no worries. I guess, the contact with any form of alien is not going to happen. Let alone the combat.

This film is nothing but an U.S. Marine propaganda that is absolutely bullshit. Its view is narrow. The stereotype is absurd. The battle is not at all gripping. The dialogues are mindless and cliched. Piles of pep talks...only for the Americans, not for the rest of us.
